Who we are
Pluggable, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Email info@pluggable.nl. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
- When you use the inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, address or postcode, and the job details you enter.
- When you contact us on WhatsApp: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, the messages you send us, and any photos you send us.
- When we do a job: your address, the work carried out, and payment details.
We do not use tracking cookies and we do not run advertising or analytics scripts on this site.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your inquiry, confirm a price and agree a booking — necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To carry out the job you booked — necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To invoice you and keep our accounts — necessary to comply with our legal obligations under Dutch tax law.
- To handle a complaint, a warranty claim or a dispute — our legitimate interest in defending our position.
Photos you send us
We use photos only to check whether your job falls inside the published scope before you book. We do not publish them and we do not use them for marketing unless you tell us in writing that we may.
Who else sees your data
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, part of Meta, processes our messages with you because WhatsApp is our booking channel. Meta may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email us instead.
- Our invoicing and bookkeeping provider, for issuing and storing invoices.
- Our hosting provider, for running this website.
- Our payment provider, for taking payment.
- Our accountant, and the Belastingdienst where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
- Invoices and the administration behind them: seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
- Inquiries that do not become a booking: twelve months.
- WhatsApp conversations: twenty-four months after the last message.
- Photos you sent us: twelve months after the job, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict what we do with it, or to object to our use of it. You can also ask for your data in a portable format. Email info@pluggable.nl and we will answer within one month.
If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
If we change this statement we will change the date at the top.
